The Madison-Metro Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors welcomed a new 2011 governing board at their November 17th luncheon. Bunbury & Associates is proud to have agent Vivian Schmelzer nominated as President-Elect for 2011.

Jenny Bunbury-Johnson accepts her award as 2010 WCR Realtor of the Year
Jenny Bunbury-Johnson was also recognized as the WCR Realtor of the Year for her fundraising efforts and continued support of WCR. Vivian Schmelzer, 2010 Awards & Recognition Committee Chair, describes Jenny’s outstanding contributions to the group. “The Realtor of the year single handily raised $4,500 for our chapter, this is no small task when you consider the economy, and how many companies have scaled back in their giving to organizations. She went out there asked for financial support and got it. She has dedicated time, knowledge, and her support to our chapter.”
Jenny Bunbury-Johnson served as the 2008 president of WCR, and has been active in committees for the group since 2009. According to Schmelzer, “She is a member that will be with us for the long haul, she is committed to Women’s Council”.
